The Perfect Night’s Sleep Essential Oil Blend combines the classic scent of English lavender, with calming jasmine, and sweet basil. Together these oils aim to calm the mind and relax the body - leaving you more relaxed and ready for bed. Use either in the bath or shower, in a carrier oil, or even as a sleep diffuser. Those who aren’t a lover of lavender can enjoy our relaxing Bedtime Hero Blend which welcomes  chamomile, ylang ylang, and cedarwood. Both our original Pod and Pod Luxe work by adding drops to the water tank, whilst our Pod Mini is waterless and the Oil Blend bottle simply screws in.
